Artfest (Virtual) Paint Night!

Crock A Doodle Pickering is excited to be working with Artfest 2021 “The Roots of Art” for a very special step-by-step instructional virtual project class where we really dial it back down to “the Roots of Art”! We will paint together and teach you how to create your very own creative masterpiece!

Before you start, let’s return to our roots and interact with our surrounding environment to gather up as many interesting and funky patterned items as we’d like. Go out for a walk in your neighbourhood and see what cool rocks or leaves you can find! The goal is not to create more waste, but rather to create art with what we can find all around us.

The cost is $30 + tax to reserve your spot and your Kit. This price includes: choice of handi plate, cocoa mug, or cereal bowl, 6 paint colours, brushes, and supplies, as well as glazing & kiln firing of your pottery piece to a food-safe & brilliant finish.

Can’t make the virtual class? Not to worry, we will also send you a step-by-step PDF instruction sheet so you can create it at home anytime! If this project class is not for you, not to worry! Kits must be picked up at Crock A Doodle Pickering prior to the event (or delivery arranged) and returned afterwards for final glazing and kiln firing.
