1. Using the back of a large brush, dot on the middle of each flower, on one side of the plate. Be sure to leave about half an inch between dots.
2. Using the back of a liner brush, begin dotting on flower petals around each Tweety Bird middle. Work with one paint colour at a time to allow for an even distribution of colours. Add extra dots/flowers as you go.
3. Be sure to sign your masterpiece!
