Looking for more ideas and options? Come into the studio to shop our shelves, and choose from a huge line up of fun and functional ready-to-paint pottery pieces. Plan to have your students follow along with one of our Technique Project sheets, in-studio samples or have them paint their own masterpiece. The creative options are endless!

- No minimum booking requirement during regular studio hours, however maximum numbers are based on individual studio size.
- Bookings are also available outside of studio hours, with a minimum booking requirement of $350/hour.
- Each classroom will have 30-60 minutes of pottery painting fun (depending on the age and project).
- Pieces will be ready for pickup within one week, unless otherwise noted.
- A 50% deposit is required to book. The balance is due once the pieces are ready for pick up.
- There is a minimum booking requirement of 100 students or $750.

- Our team will require a main location (typically a gym, library, or one large classroom) with tables and chairs. Access to a sink is preferred if possible. We will take care of the rest!

- How far in advance do I need to book? We will always do everything we can to accommodate your request, however, we recommend booking 3+ weeks in advance. This allows us time to ensure all your desired pieces are in stock in the quantity you require.
- Where do I need to pay? A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is due when fired pieces are ready for pickup.
- How long will you be at the school? Classroom projects take 30-60 minutes depending on the piece and project. We are happy to discuss timing and scheduling based on your school's daily schedule.
- How long can I keep a Doodle To Go Kit? Classroom kits are available for schools for one week, unless otherwise discussed.
- How long until our pieces are ready? Kiln-fired pottery pieces are available for pickup within one week of the booking. Please note this is subject to change depending on the size of the booking.
- How many people can you accommodate in your studio? Our studio can host up to 40 people at one time. Off Site/In School Events or Doodle to Go Kits are a great options for larger school groups.
- Are there price breaks for large school groups? Yes! School groups of 25+ can qualify for price breaks. Please contact the studio for more details and to see out Pottery and Pricing Guide for schools.
- Do you offer any fundraising options? Yes! We are thrilled yo be able to offer Gift Card Fundraisers and School of the Month as fundraising options for our local schools. Please ask us for more information!
- Are parent volunteers required? No, but they are always nice to have!
- Can you add names and the year to my students pieces? Yes! Once the pieces are bagged up and returned to the studio, they will all have a name and the year added (names will be added to paper bags prior to painting). This will help them remember when they created their one-of-a-kind masterpiece!
- What happens if someone if absent? We will happily provide a small paint kit to leave at the school with the pottery pieces(s) for any absent students. They can be returned to the studio when they are complete. *please note that the date of pick up for these may differ
