We are looking for energetic and engaging team members to join our team in Cambridge
Crock A Doodle Paint Your Own Pottery studio is a fun and colourful retail concept in Cambridge. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to oversee and help manage this buzzy studio. We need an individual with a proven track record for providing a remarkable customer experience, motivation to build local brand awareness and loads of energy to plan and execute successful events.
Duties would include:
- Assist in managing and overseeing the studio
- Follow systems to ensure success
- Set the tone for a fun, friendly environment with service people will talk about
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and daily administration
- Oversee the pottery glaze and kiln production process
- Execute local studio marketing activities to build brand buzz
- Plan successful events in-studio and out in the community
- Be accountable to drive the overall performance of the studio
Qualifications:
- Over-the-top customer service orientation
- A passion for creativity and desire to share it with others
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive team player and infectious personality
- A self-motivated multi-tasker, who enjoys busy and is not easily overwhelmed
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Evenings and weekends to support the studio as needed.
