Do you LOVE the look of live edge wood? Paint your own platter to look just like it by following our easy technique video! Create a set of platters in time for the holiday season and beyond. This look always looks good and will never go out of style.
Rip 1” wide tape ¾ of the way – creating a torn look.
Place it onto the side of your piece, ripped side in.
Mix Black Lab and Chocolate Moose Brown in a water cup – 2/3 Black to 1/3 Brown. Add water to create a wash. Paint one coat with a wide brush.
Peel off the masking tape. In a palette, mix Black Lab and Chocolate Moose Brown – with a liner brush, add wood details.
