Summer’s here, and school is out! It’s time to sit back, relax, and get CREATIVE! 

Crock A Doodle is here to help you find fun, colourful, creative activities for your kids, all summer long. In fact, we are now offering Virtual Project Classes for Kids every Wednesday throughout the summer! We are excited to provide summer themed projects to keep your kids engaged with their creative side. 

Project Classes come with everything that you need – paint, brushes, tools, and pottery piece.  Each project has two pottery options, so you can choose your favourite and create a colourful masterpiece to enjoy for years to come.  These pieces will need to be returned to your local studio to be glazed and kiln fired to a shiny, durable, forever finish.  Classes are perfect for school aged painters 5+.

Here are some of the Virtual Project Classes that we have available for kids this summer: 

Bubble Trouble

Paint a Narwhal or Handi Plate with paint and bubbles! This is a project that’s always filled with fun…and a bit of colourful mess! It’s a creative kid favourite, and one of ours too! 

Wacky Watermelon

Paint a delicious looking watermelon plate (perfect for summer snacking!) or make it wacky with a hedgehog (isn’t he cute?).  Either way, this project class is perfect for summer fun! 

Animal Prints

Perfect for all animal lovers! During this virtual project class kids will paint bright, colourful, fun animal prints onto a plate or llama! 

Lotsa Dots 

This mandala inspired class is a fun way to create a patterned masterpiece! Lotsa Dots can be done on a Handi Plate (ideal for younger children) or a Unicorn Party Animal (great for older kids who are wanting more of a challenge). 

Tie Dye 

Nothing says summer like Tie Dye! In this Virtual Project Class we will be painting some colourful tie dye pieces to last forever! 

Peacocks! 

We are combining this beautiful, colourful bird, with a fun balloon painting technique that is super sensory! Paint a peacock plate, or a peacock party animal – either way it will be a colourful, hands-on experience! 

Crazy For Camo

If your kids are as crazy for camo as we are, then this Virtual Project Class will be perfect! Camo designs for this class can be painted on a Handi Plate or on a Cat (who doesn’t love a camo cat?).  

Spots Of Fun 

A colourful and creative project for our last Virtual Project Class. Create your own “Spot” the Dog Party Animal, or paint a Handi Plate. 

Like the projects, but looking for a screen free option? Each of these projects come with a step by step instruction sheet to help painters complete it on their own timeline! Or, choose any piece and let your kids go wild with their imagination.  See what they create!
