Tape on your birch trees using masking tape, pressing firmly to the pottery. Trees do not need to be straight and will look more realistic if they lean a little. Using a large brush and Jumpin’ Juniper, paint horizontally from the top of the piece down. Continue down with Grape Jelly, In the Pink, Coffee n’ Cream and Polar Bear. Once the paint has dried, peel off the masking tape birch tree sections. With a liner brush, mix Coffee n’ Cream and water in your palette. Paint tree bark sections on each tree using the side of the brush versus the tip. Continue on with Black Lab. Add tree branches with a liner brush and Black Lab. Add leaves using Kermit mixed with Polar Bear.
