There’s something to be said for a quiet and calming art therapy session.  We all need some time to ourselves to sit down, pick up a paint brush and paint away our fears, worries and insecurities.  As the season changes to longer, sun filled days, we are drawn to creating pieces inspired by nature.  More specifically, floral and greenery sets.  The natural abstract design of plant life reflects the imperfectly, perfect way life is.  Pottery painting is a great outlet for when we are feeling those SAD days.  Not only do you get to create, but you can use your masterpiece over and over again!  Reminding you of the therapeutic experience you had how creative you truly are.
